‘Vanderpump Rules’ alums Tom Sandoval, Ariana Madix sell shared house after nasty breakup

Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval are quietly selling their LA home three years after their nasty breakup.
Sources say the couple was able to sell their Valley Village farmhouse for $3.1 million on Friday, TMZ reports.
Page Six previously featured an interior photo of the Broadway star’s residence and Sandoval’s residence, which features a large modern kitchen with beautiful white marble countertops, light hardwood floors, a spacious living room and den with a view of the backyard, and glowing light fixtures.
The master bedroom has enough space to fit a king-size bed, additional seating and a large dresser.
The exes decorated the room with mirrors, wooden ottomans, side tables and a blue velor bed frame.
Madix and Sandoval bought this spacious residence in 2019 – five years into their relationship – for $2 million.
The decision to sell came after the reality stars publicly ended their nine-year relationship in 2023, after Sandoval’s affair with “Vanderpump Rules” co-star Raquel Leviss was revealed.
The musician initially tried to prevent Madix from selling the house. In January 2024, the Bravolebrity appeared on an episode of the “Viall Files” podcast where he said he made his ex-husband a total of $3.1 million to buy a house.
However, Madix refused him. Instead, he took her to court and sued her to sell the house so they could split the money.
At the time, the “Love Island” host said on the February 2024 episode of “Vanderpump Rules” that she didn’t want to sell to Sandoval because she “broke the house.”
“He fixed all of this. He can’t do that and just keep it,” Madix said in the confessional.
Sandoval disagreed with Madix’s comments, saying that Madix had not paid their mortgage for months.
