911 Audio Reveals Shocking Details of Telephone Star Bobby J. Brown’s Death

The audio of the 911 dispatch revealed the tragic details Bobby J. BrownA tragic death in a barn fire.

The dispatcher noted in the clips obtained by TMZ that Brown’s wife, Arlene, called after seeing that “her husband was locked in the barn. [and] the barn is burning.” Arlene, who had not been in contact with Brown, told authorities the actor was “trying to start his Cadillac” before the fire broke out.

Brown’s wife eventually “hung up” as officials struggled to “contact her.” First responders arrived at the family’s home in Maryland to find the barn “fully engulfed” in flames and “the subject trapped inside.”

Later on the radio, the firefighter confirmed that the building was “completely gutted,” adding, “We know. I can see his two cars.”

Brown died at the age of 62 from smoke inhalation, while his wife suffered severe burns.

Multiple outlets have confirmed that Brown was in the barn trying to jump the car before he called a family member to ask for a fire extinguisher. The barn eventually burst into flames, and it is said that his wife was burnt while trying to save him.

The Maryland Office of the Chief Medical Examiner confirmed to TMZ that Brown’s cause of death was due to thermal injuries and smoke inhalation. His death was ruled an accident.

Brown’s agent, Albert Bramantereleased a statement on his death, saying, “I am saddened and saddened. He was a great actor and human being. He was completely dedicated to acting and it was a pleasure to work with him.”

Meanwhile, Brown’s daughter, Reina, called her father’s death “a great loss.” He told People on Thursday that he woke up to a phone call about a terrible accident.

“I was fast asleep, I had slept for about two hours before,” he said. “My little sister [was] I trembled, and said that my father was gone and that the barn had caught fire, and I said, ‘What do you mean?’

Reina called it a “difficult” time for the family.

“I literally went out and put both of my feet on the front,” he continued. “It’s cold, and I got up in my bare feet with a blanket on because I wanted to make sure I was really awake. I did it to make sure I was real and I wasn’t dreaming this, and I did it to exercise on the floor. I couldn’t believe it. I was like, ‘This isn’t real.’ And it still doesn’t feel like it’s real.”

Reina credited her faith with Brown for helping her cope with the loss.

“I am older than him, and I am one of Jehovah’s Witnesses, and I will say, my faith is what keeps me sane right now,” he commented. “Dad was a wonderful person. He was very nice. He was a pillar of the community, and he will be missed by many people.”
