Get paid $2,000 a month to be Joi AI’s ‘masturbation consultant’

If you’ve ever wished you could make money while you’re down, Joi AI (an AI-friendly platform) is here to make that dream come true. Apparently, the startup is actively looking for 10 “masturbation consultants” to test their latest feature: Daily Guided Masturbation.
“Counselors” will be responsible for documenting how regular masturbation affects stress, sleep quality, mood, and self-esteem levels for four weeks. To apply, you must be 18 years of age or older and reside in the US or UK. Oh, and the payout is $2,000 (so far, sounds pretty good, right?).

“The role includes testing and providing feedback on contextual AI voice-guided sessions, as well as providing feedback on the overall user experience,” Levin said. Basically, you complete guided sessions and submit a written questionnaire directly to the group.

The application process is very simple
The app is a simple Google Form (obviously this it was Typeform, but the applicants reportedly “broke the link.” It asks for your name, age, location, email, phone number, gender identity, and whether you can commit to four full weeks. Other questions include when you might have done the activity (eg, morning, evening, or at different times) and whether you have done something similar before.
The final three questions ask why you would like to be a consultant, what you hope to learn about yourself, and whether you would be open to being interviewed or quoted if your story is “interesting.” They also give you the option to add more information, which is nice.
“I’ve been training for this my whole life.”
The original job posting said candidates should be “articulate, observant, and capable of swearing” and be able to describe emotions “better than one can describe wine.” (I mean, posting solid work.)
“The role is realistic, and we’ve had great feedback since the deployment went live,” Levin said Remove encryption.
According to X’s latest post, Joi has received over 103,284 requests so far. The application closes on May 31, so if you want to join the thousands of others, you better hurry! The company also posted its favorite letter-opening spots, which include phrases like “this is my calling” and “I’ve been training for this my whole life.”
