Will Pamela Anderson, David Hasselhoff be on Stephen Amell’s Baywatch Show?

After booking the lead role on Fox’s Baywatch reboot, Stephen Amell broke his silence about possible cameos from the OGs Pamela Anderson again David Hasselhoff.

Baywatchwhich ran from 1989 to 2001, focused on the lives of lifeguards who worked on the beaches of California (and Hawaii) while dealing with a variety of situations including earthquakes, shark attacks and serial killers.
The series has had a number of actors over the years but the most memorable actors in the show include Anderson, Hasselhoff, Nicole Eggert, Carmen Electra, Billy Warlock, Alexandra Paul, David Chokachi, Jeremy Jackson, Traci Bingham again Erika Eleniak.
Fox announced in September 2025 that a “reimagined” version of the iconic series is coming to the network. While Baywatch fans are waiting for possible cameos from past players, it has been confirmed that Chokachi is about to appear.

Amell, meanwhile, was cast earlier this month as Hobie Buchannon, the son of series original lead Mitch – played by Hasselhoff.
In the official character description, Hobie is described as a man “surprised when a daughter he doesn’t know comes knocking on his door, sending his world into turmoil as she aims to claim her place in the Buchannon family estate and become a bodyguard.”
“We haven’t recorded anything yet so I’m not entirely sure [what is to come],” said Amel Us. “This was a project that had been in development for a long time and it took off from there Yana Grebenyuk Matt Nix came in with his idea in the first season. “
Amell teased “a lot of the usual things you might expect from Baywatch,” adding, “But the beginning of our story is really about family.”
After booking his role on the show, Amell expressed his admiration, writing on Instagram, “I know very well that Baywatch is a brand – and at its heart, it’s entertainment. It’s big, fun, and unapologetically larger than life. But shooting it here in Los Angeles adds a deeper meaning. These beaches are not just such a new background and we continue to represent a new city; Chapter can bring joy to people while quietly honoring first responders, families building again, and everyone who has moved this city forward, then that’s something I’m proud to be a part of.”
Amell elaborated during an interview with Us in Marina Del Rey.
“I’ve lived in California for 16 years and I always say that we don’t spend enough time at the beach,” she noted. “I’m excited to continue our journey in California.”
