Blake Lively’s Petition Denied After Justin Baldoni Stays

“The court had already dismissed 10 of 13 claims of Ms. Lively, including all claims of sexual harassment, all claims of defamation and all claims against individual defendants,” Baldoni’s lawyer. Bryan Freedman said the statement to Us on May 7. “Ms. Lively voluntarily dismissed all the others. In our view, they settled because they knew they would lose in court. What remains is a pending request for money based on a small matter that has been in court since September 2025.”
