The source says that Margarita allegedly denied the allegations before later admitting to the hospital staff that she was “spiritually married” to the actor and not legally married.
Margarita shared a different story when addressing these allegations.
“That is not true, I did not accept that [the] employees,” he said Us. But we are spiritually married.
“I was really begging his family to come and see him or I even tried to show him FaceTime in the hospital. He said no one likes me, they like me because of my name and what I can bring to them.”
Margarita admits that she is legally married to another man.
“I am separated from my ex and we are both in the process of making sure that the divorce is finalized so that we can both move on with our lives,” he explained. “I watched Quinton in the hospital for seven days, I prayed, I watched this man go through trials and tribulations.”
Margarita wants the family to put down their swords.
“Instead of fighting for him, let’s fight for his life and what is right,” he told Ithi.
Aaron’s loved ones plan to investigate the matter further.

Aaron’s brother Jarred told TMZ that he believes Margarita is helping to make “important and life-saving medical decisions.” (The outlet reported that Margarita “does not have power of attorney” and has never made medical decisions on Aaron’s behalf.)
Last month, the family confirmed that Aaron was hospitalized in Atlanta after a fall at home. They later shared that he had suffered a “spinal ailment.”

An update on Aaron’s condition was shared via GoFundMe on January 26.
