The FDA is issuing a dangerous recall of Alfredo sauce sold in 41 states

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) classified the recall of more than 900 cases of Alfredo sauce at its highest level of risk after a supplier recalled a dry milk powder ingredient used in the product due to possible salmonella contamination.
