Shia LaBeouf was spotted full of PDA with a mystery woman in New Orleans on Saturday, just days after his recent arrest.
His date night also comes after Page Six broke the news that he and wife Mia Goth had quietly split nearly a year ago.
In video and photos obtained by TMZ, the 39-year-old was seen kissing and holding hands with the unknown brunette beauty inside a bar near Bourbon Street.
While sitting on the upper balcony overlooking the bar, the two again smiled and whispered to each other.
The “Transformers” star was “drinking and seemed a little tipsy, but happy,” witnesses told TMZ.
The PDA outing comes after the actress was arrested on Tuesday morning following a heated argument with two men.
During a Mardi Gras celebration in the Big Easy, the “Peanut Butter Falcon” actor allegedly threw gay slurs at two men he was fighting with, according to a police report released Thursday.
He was charged with two counts of battery in connection with the incident.
The video of this incident showed the actor headbutting one of the men, according to the report, he was left with a nose that may have been removed.
Hours after his arrest, the Disney Channel alum continued to party and at one point, even played down his legal troubles by dancing with his prison papers in his mouth.
After his release, Page Six obtained exclusive photos of the actor running and trying to go to church on Ash Wednesday.
After Page Six broke the news of the “Disturbia” star and Goth’s breakup, TMZ revealed that the police were called to the couple’s LA home several times before they closed it.
Goth, 32, who shares her 3-year-old daughter Isabella with LaBeouf, reportedly wants her to go to rehab after her arrest.
