Cheyenne Bryant Explains Mystery of Writings, Suspects “Good Punishment” for Backsliding
Bryant’s Instagram bio currently reads: “psychologist, health coach and author,” while her handle includes “doctor.” He is pushing his newly released book and continues to develop content about being successful, navigating marriage, and even intimacy.
Meanwhile, sections of his comments are still seeking answers about whether having “doctor” in front of his name is legal. That conversation went viral after his May 12 appearance on ‘The Breakfast Club.’ He explained that he was only deleting chat details for his “DocSquad” and not people who didn’t like him. “I don’t give a f**k,” it was his words to his critics. He later explained that he was enrolled in Argosy University’s doctoral program. The university closed permanently in March 2019, and Bryant said he struggled to find his school records after that. He said he contacted financial aid, which offered him a refund so he wouldn’t have to pay for programs or courses he completed at the university. He refused.
“You can’t do financial aid. It shows that I paid for my doctorate program, and my master’s program and my undergraduate program,” said Cheyenne Bryant.
Finally, he explained that he still had it others documents, up to his dissertation, after downloading them from the student portal at the time of attendance. “But everything else, there is no… He explained that the school’s third team held the record only two years after the university closed. When DJ Envy made the argument that people let his details slip because of his looks, he explained his concept of “positive punishment”.
“…I learned that there is a very good punishment. And I didn’t really understand that word until I got into my field…I’ve been in my field for 18 years, I didn’t get into my field to be famous…a celebrity,” Bryant said.
Also, he said that people make him famous. His purpose was to share what he had learned on the journey God had put him on. “No one goes to college and gets a lot of degrees to say I want to be famous. Now I love it? Yes I love it, thank you for it, thank you.”
Bryant Doubles Down on Doctor Details
Two days after going down for ‘The Breakfast Club’ interview, Cheyenne Bryant appeared on ‘The Marissa Mitchell Show’ on Fox 5 DC. He was there to promote ‘Live Your Promise,’ and they talked about it in depth. Then, at the end, he again answered questions about his credentials. First, he said he did “really well” during the retreat, expressing gratitude for the “free marketing.” He referred to God in his further response, saying basically that his growth and development would come with “a very heavy cross.”
“I obey God, not people…as long as I am in his will and serve and do his word, my sheep will know my word, even the sheep in wolf’s clothing…,” he said.
When Mitchell objected to his refusal to testify, Cheyenne Bryant testified “It’s nothing [she] he must prove to individuals.” Adding:
“My credentials are already in my songs, my degrees and more than just my titles, it’s the way I work. All my sessions have been live for the most part. My sessions with Nick Cannon, Cam Newton, Shannon Sharpe, B. Simone. They’ve all been seen around the world.”
Bryant added that he is “good at” what he does, and that he has created his own path, which may inspire people to want to turn to jealousy. When Mitchell asks why he won’t ditch “Dr.” on his behalf if he would not provide proof of his qualifications, this was Bryant’s response:
“…I’ve earned a title, I’ve got a lot of qualifications and I’m not going to prove anything to anybody and we’re going to leave it at that,” Cheyenne Bryant. “I stand for it because I got it, absolutely.”

Cheyenne Bryant enrolled in a doctoral program and decided that equals BEING a Doctor of Philosophy.
No one asked him about it because he is charming, well-spoken, and tries to help with technology.
But a lie is a lie and he could claim to be a life coach.
