On Sunday, May 17, photos of Playboi Carti began to spread on social media after appearing at the GucciCore Fashion Show in New York City.
The rapper turned heads in all black with a sheer mesh top teamed with black pants with animal prints. She accessorized with black leather gloves, layered silver chains, oversized sunglasses, and a black baseball cap. Carti completed the ensemble with pointed black boots while carrying a black Gucci bag.
However, it wasn’t just Carti’s outfit that had social media talking. The rapper is standing on the carpet next to the model Ashley Ilenewho wore a white Gucci monogram dress layered under a white fur coat.
