Much like him Ghostface, i Shout out movies keep coming back. Shout out 7 opens in theaters this weekend, directed by OG Shout out author Kevin Williamson.
Even if the franchise’s original star Neve Campbell is back Shout out 7after not appearing in the sixth film due to contract disputes, it is difficult to celebrate that news knowing that the star of the last two films, Melissa Barrera, was fired from the franchise in November 2023, after the actress criticized Israel’s inhuman attack on Palestine, after the attack led by Hamas on October 7. She was one of the few celebrities who expressed support for Palestine at the time (although many have since), and he was quickly punished for doing so, with the film’s production company accusing him of being “anti-Semitic.” Jenna Ortega, who played Barrera’s on-screen sister, is also out of the horror franchise.
Instead, the film will follow Sidney Prescott and her daughter Tatum (played by Isabel May). Jasmine Savoy Brown, Mason Gooding, David Arquette, Matthew Lillard, and Courteney Cox will all reprise their roles from previous films; and Anna Camp, Michelle Randolph, Jimmy Tatro, and McKenna Grace join the cast as new characters. Shout out 7 will only be available to watch in theaters, when it opens in US theaters on Friday, February 27. You can find a screening near you via Fandango. Shout out 7 it is not currently available for viewing online or streaming.
Is the Shout out 7 movie streaming on Netflix or Prime Video?
Shout out 7 is not streaming on Netflix or Prime Video, and likely won’t be on Netflix anytime soon, due to the film being a Paramount Pictures release. Almost all Paramount movies go to Paramount’s streaming platform, Paramount+, not Netflix.
You will be able to purchase a Shout out 7 movie on Prime Video finally, when the movie is available to buy and rent digitally, but you won’t be able to stream it. Shout out 7 on Prime Video for free with a Prime subscription anytime soon. If you want to watch Shout out 7 movie at home, you’ll have to wait for the film to be available to buy or rent on digital platforms, or wait for it to stream on Paramount+.

Officer A primate The broadcast date of the Paramount+ movie is yet to be announced. Currently, the movie is only in theaters. That said, we wait and see A primate is streaming on Paramount+ eventually, but we’re not sure when. Another recent Paramount film, The Naked Gun, it was released on digital platforms one month after it opened in theaters, and began streaming on Paramount+ about two months after its theatrical opening.
If Shout out 7 following the same release pattern, you might see the movie on digital in late March 2026, and streaming on Paramount+ in late April 2026.
