Crystal Minkoff Recalls RHOBH Feud With Garcelle Beauvais

Crystal Kung Minkoff ready to peel back the curtain The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
“It’s been three years since I feel like I can’t talk about things that happen in the program Beverly Hills that didn’t play,” Minkoff, 43, explained on Monday, February 16, in his episode “Humble Be Proud” podcast. “I don’t know why. I felt paralyzed by it.”
All that changed, however, when he recalled an incident where he had an important conversation with a costar Garcelle Beauvais during a trip to Ojai, California.
“I had a conversation with Garcelle, and I had it on camera, and they didn’t show it. It was my last season,” the podcast producer recalled. Cynthia Bailey. “I always felt like I was protecting him, yeah, I just felt like he threw me under the bus, and I said to him, ‘I can’t move forward in our friendship unless you understand what I’ve been through, and I really don’t trust you.'”
According to Minkoff, Beauvais, 59, is “very shocked” but open to having an honest, open conversation with what is believed to be involved. Sutton Stracke. (Minkoff said he and Stracke, 54, are also fine today.)
“He apologized and said, ‘I didn’t know but I’m really sorry for doing that to you,'” Minkoff recalled. “The audience never saw that, and I think it was very important.”
Bailey, 58 – who had experience on reality TV as a cast member The Real Housewives of Atlanta — applauded Minkoff for sharing her experience and acknowledged how disappointing it can be when a cast member knows the viewer doesn’t see everything that went down during filming.
“It’s really confusing when people don’t know the whole story, and we have no control over the editing,” shared Bailey. “When things are shown and you don’t have the full context … it’s hard to defend what they didn’t see.”
The conversation came after Beauvais publicly wished Minkoff a happy birthday earlier this month.
When some fans asked why the Bravo stars appear so close, Minkoff explained that her former costar deserves credit for admitting her mistakes and moving on a long time ago.
“It’s a relief for both parties because it was a great time,” Minkoff said. “The end was very painful. I wish we had spread the lessons we had. My relief from what happened happened years ago but the world didn’t know. It was a really important moment, and that’s why I’ve been friends with him since then.”
In April 2024, Minkoff announced that and he left The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills before season 14. (First joined in 2021 in season 11.)
As for Beauvais, the actress confirmed that in March 2025 and he left franchise after five years to focus on other projects.
Regardless of what was or wasn’t aired, Minkoff still has a good relationship with Bravo and is expected to appear The Real Housewives Tour: The Roaring 20s after filming during the party with the cast Kyle Richards.
