The Get Down is a bold and stylish series that was unfairly canceled by Netflix after only one season, but its season alone is a true masterpiece. Smith leads the show with confidence alongside a cast of terrific male characters Jaden Smith, Shameik Moore, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II again Jimmy Smits. With Luhrmann’s signature big touch, the show leans heavily on spectacle, with striking visuals, sweeping emotions and a killer soundtrack.

To get revenge on him (and get her movie back on track), Lisa makes a deal with a witch named Jennifer (Catherine Keener) – but every wish that seems too good to be true turns out to be true, and Lisa is drawn into a terrible nightmare.
This series from Channel zero the creator Nick Antosca it’s unusual, unusual and goes completely. Fresh Cherry Flavor confidently led by Salazar in a show that doesn’t fear going to some dark (and disgusting) places, diving headfirst into the mysterious by combining horror with drama and satire of the film industry. Lange and Keener make excellent characters and they are there Manny Jacinto (Nice place), Patrick Fischler (Mulholland Call) and Gabriel LaBelle (The Fabelmans). The show isn’t for everyone, but it’s confusing in all the best ways – just be willing to get into its wavelength.
‘Netflix Presents: ‘The Cast’ (2016)
Rotten Tomatoes: 100 percent
Netflix Presents: Characters is the playground of some of the best and most flawless voices in modern comedy, incl Kate Berlant, John Early, Tim Robinson again Paul W. Downs. Fans of the Robinson series I think you should go again The Detroiters you will certainly find a lot to like here, but what makes the program so great is that each episode is controlled by a certain comic voice, every drawing is accompanied by its sensibility. As a result, you get something completely different every time, and the series includes many types of humor: from cringe realism to completely absurd situations.
Although not all sketches The characters worlds, when they come, they indeed the world, like Natasha Rothwell“Chiggers,” Early’s “The Toast” and Robinson’s “Sammy Paradise,” all three reached Vulture’s 2019 list of “Best Comedy Sketches of the Decade.” The show stands as a great showcase of some of the best comedians of the past decade, who were still at the beginning of their careers. However, The characters it’s been largely overlooked, and if you consider yourself a comic fan, you’d do well to check it out.
