‘Uncle’ Jeffrey Epstein’s obsession with ex Celina Dubin’s child revealed in new documents

Jeffrey Epstein was obsessed with his ex-girlfriend’s daughter – and wanted to make her his young bride, new Justice Department files reveal.

Celina Dubin became a NYC doctor trained at Harvard University with a little help from “Uncle” Jeffrey, who came into her life when she was young, and became even closer as she got older.

Dubin, now 30, is the daughter of Epstein’s former flame and longtime friend Eva Dubin – Miss Sweden and fourth runner-up at Miss Universe in 1980 – who is now married to billionaire Glenn Dubin.

Epstein told friends in 2014 that Celina, who was 19 at the time, was the only person he wanted to marry, Business Insider reported.

Newly released DOJ documents show the extent of Epstein’s relationship with Celina — whom he described as “a goddaughter.”

Two years after Epstein was convicted of soliciting and procuring a minor into prostitution, Eva invited him to stand by an Upper West Side pad while Celina took five of her friends.

“Come visit next week. Celina will have 5 friends,” Eva wrote to Jeffrey on Aug. 14, 2010.

Eva — who dated Epstein for nearly 11 years from the early 1980s to the early 1990s — also invited him to Poly Prep Country Day School in Brooklyn in 2012 to watch Celina, then a senior, play lacrosse at Trinity High School.

“It was so much fun, my first performance,” Epstein wrote to Celina, according to new documents.

“I wish you could have come to the game where I played badly but I’m glad you enjoyed it!!!!” Celina wrote in an online chat.

Celina was apparently so close to Epstein that she exchanged hundreds of text messages with him and referred to him as “Uncle F.”

“Hey baby! You’re in town now, right? What are you doing today,” a 15-year-old girl texted Epstein in 2010, one year after he was released from prison.

Epstein was so fond of the name “Uncle F,” he even used it to donate to the Dubin Breast Cancer Center at Mount Sinai, the emails revealed.

When Epstein was in Paris in 2011, he agreed to buy Celina some “sexy” clothes.

“Anything else!

“100%,” Epstein replied.

Epstein developed his connections when Celina wanted to become a professional model and later, when she needed to get into medical school.

“Do you think I should do another photoshoot soon? I should contact Jean Luc or Faith Kates,” Celina wrote to “Uncle F” in 2011.

“Whatever you want. Jean Luc is better,” Epstein replied.

In 2012, Epstein contacted Jean-Luc Brunel, a famous modeling agent, photographer, and colleague of Epstein’s to arrange for Celina, who was 17 years old at the time and had never modeled properly, the emails revealed.

“I’m glad to see you [sic] she’s doing well can we get celina a fashion shoot?” he wrote to Brunel in 2012.

Brunel committed suicide in 2022 in a French prison while awaiting trial for child rape.

Although she never became a model, Celina would go on to be named the “15 Hottest Freshman” at Harvard University, where she enrolled in 2013 with some extra help from “Uncle F.”

“My daughter and my favorite person in the whole world will be coming to Harvard on September 1-2,, [sic] please show him or help him in any way you can and he will agree,” Epstein wrote to Professor of Mathematics and Biology Martin Nowak in 2011. Nowak is still a professor at the school.

Celina graduated Magna cum laude from Harvard in 2017 with a BA in Psychology, Global Health and Health Policy, received her MD from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in 2022, and is now a resident physician at Mount Sinai according to her LinkedIn.

Even when they were separated Epstein kept Celina close to his heart – keeping a photo box labeled “Celina Photos,” which contained personal files and photos of her childhood, the documents show.

And she even had a “celina” Spotify playlist, including “Turn Me On,” by David Guetta and Nikki Minaj, “The Club Can’t Handle Me,” by Flo Rida, and the Maroon 5 “Moves Like Jagger” remix featuring Christina Aguilera.

Celina was named, along with Epstein’s brother Mark, as the beneficiary of her trust in 2014, newly released documents showed. He was later removed from that trust, although it is not clear why.

At the time, Epstein was reportedly telling friends he wanted to marry Celina, in part to take advantage of his vast fortune, including the famous Saint James Island — nicknamed “Pedo Island,” sources told Business Insider.

The disgraced financier’s trust had $127 million in assets remaining as of September 2024, according to the latest publicly available filings. That amount comes after the estate paid out more than $125 million to more than 100 victims.
