Given the complicated relationship that exists and the scrutiny that comes with being on a reality show, we needed a little space to process things privately before talking about it.”

They continued, “We’ve been friends over the years, through all the highs and lows, and what happened recently was the last thing we both expected.

“As our feelings grew, we wanted to take the time to understand exactly how we felt,” they added. “We also recognize that this has impacted more than just us and never want our actions to be hurtful or taken as careless. We truly appreciate understanding and respect as we navigate this.”
