Earlier this week, news broke that Utah police were called to Paul’s home after an alleged altercation with Mortensen. Taylor, who lives with two children and an ex-husband Father Paul and 2-year-old son Ever and Mortensen, were arrested for domestic violence after fighting a DadTok member in 2023. He pleaded guilty to aggravated assault.

If you do not obey the order of the right of custody and the work of the parent written here, the person who has the right of custody may ask for the help of the court by filing a request to enforce that order.”
According to the order, Taylor will not have visitation with Ever until his court hearing next month.
“Parenting time is temporarily suspended pending the hearing and recommendation of the Guardian ad Litem,” the documents state. “If there is a No Contact order, you can only contact the applicant or the custodial parent about parenting time matters through using [a] legal representative.”
Due to Taylor’s feud with Mortensen and the right to stay, ABC was canceled his upcoming season of The Bachelorette.

Mortensen denied all the allegations against him in a separate statement.
