Amy Schumer Feels Better Than Ever Despite ‘Disruptive’ Medical Procedure

Amy Schumer is feeling better than ever despite a few health setbacks.

Schumer candidly admitted that she suffered a “bonded colonoscopy” during an appearance in New York with podcast host Amanda Hirsch.

“I feel happier than ever,” Schumer said before revealing more about her medical history.

“Is it really hot or not hot,” Hirsch asked his director friend while on stage at Webster Hall for the “Not Skinny, but Not Fat” podcast event with Dear Media.

“Oh my God. Thank you so much,” Schumer said.

“I actually had kind of a colonoscopy, so I’m not feeling too sexual, but look, that’s one more thing you won’t have to worry about for 15 years, OK?”

The “Kinda Pregnant” actress assured Hirsch, “You’re going to love it, though.”

Schumer’s representatives did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.

The comedian has kept fans updated on his health journey over the years, and admitted last year that his experience with Mounjaro was much different than when he tried another weight loss drug.

In a previous attempt to lose weight, the comedian experienced debilitating side effects while using Ozempic weight loss goals.

“I wanted to share with you and save you 100, years ago – and yes, this is absolutely not safe to drive and make a video – years ago, three years ago, I tried WeGovy, too I was like puking,” Schumer said in a social media clip captured while behind the wheel.

“I couldn’t handle it. I don’t know if they changed the formula or what … but then, I went to this telehealth meeting with MidiHealth, and it was cheap. I wanted to try it myself, because I wanted to recommend it to my friends like nurses and teachers.”

In addition to injectable drugs, which are primarily used to treat type 2 diabetes, the “Trainwreck” star. has a new system that includes hormones.

“They put me on estrogen and progesterone because I realized I was in perimenopause and my perimenopause symptoms have disappeared,” said Schumer.

“My hair is fuller, my skin is better, I have more energy, I want to lose more weight if you know what I mean – I’m talking about sex.”

He added, “That was good, Mounajro was very good … I have a good experience with it and I wanted to keep it true to you about that.”
