Once a strong public relationship, an insider has said that Anna Wintour and Megan Markle’s relationship has deteriorated to the point of “hostility” in recent years.
The source said that the beginning of the end of their once blossoming friendship began in 2019 when Meghan collaborated with British Vogue editor Edward Enninful in the magazine’s “Forces for Change” issue.
“Meghan made a vow of loyalty to Enninful where she left Anna,” a source told the Daily Mail, adding, “Anna hates her. Meghan doesn’t want to pay, and she’s never returned things.
“Also, Anna loves the Royal Family, she is a Dame, Anna would hate their way [the Sussexes] manage their exit from The Firm. “
The insider went on to say that Meghan has “been hanging around” as bridges continue to be burned between the couple and their famous friends.
“They have definitely lost the plot, I hear that he is misbehaving because he doesn’t know that nothing is working.
“Everything about him [As Ever] the merchandise is no longer authentic. I don’t think they are both happy,” the source added.
Meanwhile, it comes after Meghan spoke of her love of spending time Down Under following the couple’s latest, much-publicised visit.
Discussing her love for the country, Meghan exclaimed, “My husband and I have such an affinity with Australia.”
“I said to him the day we flew, ‘The only thing better than Australia is the Australian people.'”
Elsewhere in her interview with Women’s Weekly, Meghan talked about her dedication to wearing Australian designers during her visit.
“Over the past few years, I’ve heard of the wrong designer getting credit for something I was wearing, either through affiliate links or by machine, and that didn’t seem right,” she said.
“Credit where credit is due. These producers and designers work hard and take great pride in their work, and I choose them for a reason,” he explained.
“Either you’re supporting a friend, loyalty to the brand, or the reasons I mentioned earlier. So it’s always been important to me to be given the right designer.”
When asked about her favorite outfit to wear, she added, “It would be hard to pick one because I put together each look with a different feeling in mind, and I loved them all for different reasons.
