Lily Collins he can finally feel some relief in the air tonight.
I Emily in Paris actress – and daughter of a popular music icon Phil Collins – revealed that she has been reunited with her wedding ring from her husband Charlie McDowell in the end.
“Thank you so much to @joethejewelerchicago for helping me find my first engagement ring after it was stolen almost three years ago,” wrote Lily, 36, via Instagram Stories on Friday, March 6. “Having this home means a lot to us.
Both her engagement ring and wedding band, along with other electronics, were taken while she was at the West Hollywood EDITION hotel in May 2023. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office investigated the theft, which was described as more than “$10,000,” but there were no signs of tampering with where Lily’s belongings were kept during her spa visit.
Lily shared the happy news in a glowing selfie, with her hand on her chest and a ring sparkling on her finger too. The delicate and custom-designed piece features a rose-cut diamond on a thin gold band. Wearing a simple brown tie and natural make-up, Collins looked super happy while showing off her almond nails with nude polish.
He went on to show his appreciation to the jeweler in another slide.

Lily and her husband now, 42, got engaged on a trip to New Mexico in September 2020.
“In a time of uncertainty and darkness, you have lit up my life,” he wrote at the time in a post shared on social media. “I will cherish my adventure with you forever.”

The couple met one year later during a romantic event in Dunton Hot Springs, Colorado, and have since expanded their family.
Lily and her writer-director Beauty announced that they welcomed their daughter, Tove Jane McDowell, via surrogate in January 2025.
“Welcome to the center of our world,” the lovebirds gushed over the bundle of joy in a joint Instagram post. “Words will never express our endless gratitude for our amazing partner and everyone who has helped us along the way.”
They added of their baby girl, “We love you to the moon and back again…”
