Why Is ‘High Power’ On Hiatus Again?

After its usual mid-season break, High power it had to be put on hold due to the Winter Olympics competition.
Where did that leave ‘High Power’?

High power get fans excited about the future of the show when Karadec seems jealous of Morgan spending time with their boss Wagner (Steve Howey) in season 2.
“We’re starting to unravel that a little bit as we get deeper into the season. For us, our approach is, you don’t know if you’re protective or jealous,” executive producer and showrunner Todd Harthan told Us Weekly exclusively. “Are you worried that Morgan is involved in a potentially dangerous or destructively complicated relationship? Or is part of him starting to develop real feelings for her?”
Harthan continued: “That’s a fine line we walk on the show. I don’t really want to tell the audience exactly how it feels but we’re playing with it a lot as we get deeper into the season. Because things are going to start getting a little messy.”
When asked if Karadec knows what he feels for Morgan, Harthan commented, “They’re both still thinking. [that] outside. Even in television time, there wasn’t much time between the two of them. It’s hard when you’re working together and you have an amazing partnership that keeps growing and blossoming and you’re getting closer and closer to it.”
Harthan did not decide anything. “He’s still in the reconciliation phase. But that’s where we are now,” he added. “It’s still something he’s not sure about and we’re trying to be honest about that in the episodes.”
The screenwriter also teased many of Morgan’s potential love interests.
“We didn’t put a very fine point on it.” But I’ve talked to Kaitlin quite a bit about it and she has a lot of other priorities than being involved in another meaningful relationship. “There is a small piece of the pie left for him and his personal life. It’s not just one of those things that he’s involved in as much as his children and his work. But we’re looking for a time when that will blossom but we’ve been too late to get him into a long-term relationship.”
