Gia Giudice blasts ‘bad’ Ava Dash for starting drama with Mother Teresa

Gia Giudice is calling her “Next Gen NYC” co-star Ava Dash “ugly” for accusing her mother Teresa Giudice of unfollowing her on social media.

“It just came out and it seemed so easy. That’s why I thought everything was so calculated because it wasn’t the first time Ava and I had seen each other,” Gia, 25, told “Virtual Reali-Tea” hosts Evan Real and Danny Murphy of Dash’s case.

As Murphy speculated that Dash, 26, may have dismissed the claim against Teresa to distract from potential headlines about her family’s reported financial problems, Gia said she believes “eventually viewers will see a little bit of that from her.”

“She is very aware of her image and how she would like to be perceived. Obviously, no one likes bad news or bad attention. But, unfortunately, that comes with this place,” Gia continued.

Despite Dash’s feud with Gia’s mom, the “Casual Chaos” podcast host added that she would “never” deny her star’s beauty as she told Real and Murphy, “You can be ugly and still be beautiful.”

Dash, 26, first accused the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star, 54, in an episode of Season 1 of the Bravo series, which premiered last June. This incident caused a rift between him and Gia, and their group of friends broke up.

Gia last addressed Dash’s comments in her July 2025 appearance on Nick Viall’s “Viall Files” podcast.

“Do you really think she can sit there and take the time to do that? I just know my mom and she doesn’t know how to film her cameos,” Gia said at the time. “She’s not a techie by any means, so when Ava said that, I was like, ‘Girl, you’re lying. I know my mom and she doesn’t care much about letting it go.’

In her “Virtual Reali-Tea” interview, Gia talked about the breakup of the cast in the upcoming season, saying that she feels the drama stems from the breakup of co-stars Ariana Biermann and Hudson McLeroy.

“So, obviously we support Ariana and we really do.” Obviously, some people had opinions about their differences. They will not be friends with him and talk to him as they are trying to say that the breakup was fake,” he explained.

“I know Ariana. She’s my best friend. I’ve never heard that, I’ve never thought that,” Gia said in defense of her friend. “It was a time when they both needed some space. It was very comfortable and you need to be uncomfortable sometimes to grow.”

However, he noted that the estranged couple is “taking time” to figure out their relationship, but “hasn’t made it official yet.”

“I think that had something to do with the separation a little bit, but also … there was also an incredible energy and attitude that some of us gave during the press time last year on Season 1 of ‘Next Gen,'” added Gia.

“There was always this strange power that was given to some of us, and we never did anything,” he added. “So, it was just like, let’s see how this goes.”
