Kyle Cooke has reportedly “hooked up” with “Southern Charm” star Salley Carson following his split from his wife, Amanda Batula.
“It’s new and weird, but he really likes her and they’ve been having fun,” an insider told Us Weekly on Saturday.
“They only met a few times but they really understand each other.
Another insider shared that Cooke, 43, and Carson, 31, were spotted at By the Way restaurant in Charleston, South Carolina, on Friday.
It’s unclear if the two showed signs of PDA when they stepped out with Carson’s “Southern Charm” co-stars Craig Conover and Austen Kroll..
“The group seemed to be getting along,” the source told the media. “They have the science of chemistry.
According to an inside source, the Bravo stars left the nightclub together.
Representatives for Carson and Cooke could not immediately be reached by Page Six for comment.
The “Summer House” star was questioned about her relationship with Carson during the Season 10 reunion last week.
“What’s going on with you and Salley, where are you from? ‘Southern Charm?'” asked host Andy Cohen. Did you meet?”
Meanwhile, the Bravo star admitted she kissed Carson “the night before the premiere of ‘Summer House’ in February.”
“When I found out, I called Amanda right away, and I told her that Kyle was dating Salley, and I thought that was crazy,” Ciara Miller said.
“I thought it was ridiculous. It’s crazy. I’m just making an example of how I’ve been a good friend to you and that you’re a friend to me. I want to point that out,” he continued, referring to how Batula fell in love with West Wilson, whom Miller dated briefly in 2023.
Batula, 34, and Wilson, 31, confirmed they were dating in March when Page Six reported they were “in a long-term relationship.”
Cooke and Batula, meanwhile, announced they had “amicably separated” after four years of marriage in January.
“It is strange to ask for privacy at this time. Because we have always tried to be open and honest about our relationship, but your kindness and respect will go a long way as we try to look into our next chapter,” they wrote in a joint statement at the time.
Batula shed some light on her marriage to Cooke during the interview, saying they didn’t have sex “all the time” when they were married.
They have not yet filed for divorce, and an insider told Page Six that they are still working out their finances.
