Netflix’s Finding His Edge returns for a second season — so who will and who won’t after a divisive finale that includes a central love triangle?
Based on Jennifer Iacopellithe novel of the same name, Finding Her Edge is a YA romance about a famous publisher whose family legacy and rank are at stake. She has to pretend she’s in a fake relationship with her new partner to get funding while still dealing with feelings for her old partner.
The hit series premiered in January 2026 as viewers tuned in to see Adriana’s (Madelyn Keys) growing connection with Brayden (Cale Ambrozic) — and Freddie (Olly Atkins). The eight-episode series ended with Adriana and Brayden competing against Freddie and Riley (Millie Davis) at the World Championships.
Adriana and Brayden were the winners with 98.36 points – but things quickly fell apart after that. After Adriana chose to get back together with Freddie after dating Brayden, many fans were devastated. Season 2 will follow suit – including Brayden teaming up with Riley following her falling out with Adriana.
In addition to the main three, Finding His Edge and the stars Alexandra Beaton, Alice Malakhov, Niko Ceci again Harmon Walsh. Canadian figure skating champions Piper Gilles again Paul Poirier they appeared as themselves in the episode when the British skating champions Lilah Fear again Lewis Gibson voiced the TV commentators on the show.
Iacopelli, who wrote the Finding His Edge letter, she appeared briefly as a librarian in the show.
