Lisa Hochstein’s costs will be reduced at the hearing

The Real Housewives of Miami stars Lisa Hochstein again Jody Glidden they are one step closer to having their charges dismissed an ongoing case of obedience.

According to court documents obtained by NBC Miamithe couple accepted a pretrial diversion program, described as “an alternative to prosecution offered by the Miami-Dade County District Attorney’s Office.”
“It provides non-violent offenders with an effective alternative to a felony conviction,” according to the office. “This program helps criminal defendants by allowing them to make significant changes in their lives to avoid re-engagement in the criminal justice system. Offenders enter the program voluntarily, and if they complete all the conditions and are not arrested during their participation, the State Attorney’s Office will dismiss the charges.”
Us confirmed in April that both Hochstein and Glidden, 54, were facing criminal charges related to her ex-husband, Leonard “Lenny” Hochstein.
According to court documents, Hochstein and Glidden allegedly “unlawfully and willfully” intercepted, attempted to prevent or attempted to have another person intercept “verbal statements of Lisa’s ex-husband, Leonard ‘Lenny’ Hochstein, and those with whom Lenny spoke” between March 12 and March 31, 2023.
“This matter is part of a contested divorce proceeding and is not in criminal court,” Hochstein and Glidden’s attorneys said. Us after their clients were charged.
