Luke Grimes Kayce Gets Charged with Sex Trafficking

Yellowstone‘s spinoff The Marshals charged with cold sex trafficking no Luke Grimes‘ Kayce Dutton asserting his authority as US Marshal.

On the Sunday, March 29, episode of the hit CBS series, Kayce and Miles (Tatanka said) paired up after a young Reservation girl – who went missing – is spotted by Tate (Brecken Merrill). This led to them finding many women who were being trafficked for sex, Kayce and Miles are determined to get them justice by any means necessary.

That included giving Mo (Mo Delivers More) is one of the participants to face as they decided to do so in Broken Rock. It also put them on a mission when they appeared to find the missing girls – except they weren’t there when the Marshals tracked them down. The “To be continued” message appeared as the case remains unsolved – for now.

Yellowstonewhich is spread from 2018 to 2024, is presented Us to Kayce as a former US Navy SEAL who became the new owner and operator of his family’s Yellowstone Ranch. He sold the property there and then, but there was more to the story.

“They started bringing it up when we were filming the last few episodes of the first series. Then there was an offer for a spinoff, and I hadn’t gotten it, and I was like, ‘I think that’s for me,'” Grimes recalled to E.entertainment Weekly in February. “Then I got the call and it was like, ‘It’s going to be prime time on CBS, and it’s going to be a procedural format.’

Despite getting the chance to lead her own show, Grimes wasn’t sure what the story would be.

“In that first conversation with Luke, he was like, ‘Kayce is happy. The Marshals the creator Spencer Hudnut told EW about working with Grimes on Yellowstone a spinoff. “So we knew that something had to distract him from that.”

Hudnut and Grimes suggest that The Marshals will throw fans for a loop, the actor teased, “There’s a reason why Kayce is the only one with the black hat. There’s a lot going on in her soul. It’s clear she has demons, and her arc was trying to heal and find her way. In the first Yellowstone, she did that.”

Grimes also addressed the criticism that Kayce was not the Dutton he deserved Yellowstone spinoff, The Marshals.

“I’m my own worst critic,” Grimes said. “I was like, ‘If you take a poll of who people want to have a spinoff, I don’t know if Kayce would be at the top. I think there are other characters they’d rather see.’

Grimes used that as motivation, adding, “So there was a fire under me. Like, it has to be good. If it’s not good, I better not do it. We tried really hard to make sure that any of the real Yellowstone fans would have something to hold on to.”

He went on to say: “But if you’ve never seen Yellowstone, we wanted this game to make sense. I think we accomplished that as best we could.”

The Marshals airs Sundays on CBS at 8 pm ET.
