The lawsuit alleges that Declyn, who goes by his stage name Dex, “invited the woman … and sent her money for a ride in a private car,” according to the outlet, which reported that “when he arrived, she said he seemed upset, and they disagreed with his fellatio.”
The woman then said that “when she insisted on leaving, Dex took her phone and threatened to break it if she didn’t agree,” before he “pushed her on her bed with her private parts exposed, held her arms down, and forced her private part into her mouth.”
