Keyanna Strikes a Pose for the ‘Gram
Keyanna Joseph has blessed her timeline with her new photo, and she’s offering uninterrupted, quiet comfort! His first feed post on the ‘gram since Feb. 23. This new post shows the 32-year-old standing next to a cream-colored piano. She is wearing black shorts, a long-sleeved blouse, and brown sandals. Joseph slapped the back of his head, his face flushed behind his long, highlighted curls. Her luxury bag, believed to be Hermes, sits on the piano.
Caption? An emoticon that sticks out its tongue. Unlike the caption embedded below, it is not clear whose house Keyanna Joseph took this photo of. On her Instagram story on Saturday, Keyanna also posted a preview of what appears to be a dinner and wine outing.

Along with praising her makeup, style and aura, talk about 21 Savage also flooded Keyanna’s IG comment section. For example, @sexyshay02 commented, “Mrs. Abraham-Joseph” while @fittlifeofcoco name-drops Latto: “Sister hasn’t written since February and now she’s out because of LAtto’s announcement…. They both know it’s a paper marriage so why are we playing salty games with Anna 😬.”

Is Keyanna Joseph Married to 21 Savage?
In 2020, the rumors surrounding Keyanna Joseph and 21 Savage changed to marriage. At the time, reports suspected that Savage, the real name Shéyaa Bin Abraham-Josephand Keyanna had tied the knot as a solution to her legal problems related to overstaying her visa. The H-4 visa had expired as a child in 2006. Savage was then raised in East Atlanta, which many fans believed to be his birthplace until ICE detained him, then revealed that he was born in London.
Neither Keyanna nor 21 Savage have confirmed or denied the legal arrangement. Notably, they share the same last name, “Joseph.” However, in all these years, no marriage certificates have been cited or released to the media. Still, that didn’t stop the internet from calling him “wife” every time Latto dating rumors surfaced—and even more so this week with her pregnancy reveal.
On Keyanna’s Instagram profile, at least two posts, from December 2023 and July 2025, appear to show her wearing a diamond ring on her left finger. Although there is no other evidence that the ring is an engagement ring, a wedding band, or related to 21 Savage in any way. Also, co-parents don’t follow each other on Instagram.
Social Media Floods Mom With “Wife” Comments and Questions
On Friday, before Keyanna dropped a new photo on her IG profile, netizens wasted no time throwing words under her previous post. That includes a series of nightclub photos shot on Feb. 23 and a pinned birthday post for July 23, 2024.
It starts with the comments section of the birthday post. As mentioned, social media users did not stop themselves from wanting to know the “marriage” tea, her reaction to Latto’s pregnancy and her situation with 21 Savage. In some cases, the comments even opened up to Keyanna full of Latto and 21 Savage references.
@thegothiccangel wrote, “Say tea,” when @quitstalkn was added, “So are they married or not??”
@whyshetrippinonme_ defended Joseph, writing, “Get away from this lady.. she never sent that man…”
“Errbody n see the mother who came after these 21 stories 😭,” @jojodake_nm pointed it out.

As for his second-to-last post, from Feb. 23, the energy in the comments section was pretty much the same. From snarky jokes to strong criticism to more talk about the father of her children, 21, and her rumored child, Latto. And of course, the references to “wife” and “wife” are all there too!
@atta_o.g wrote, “I promise you can call ICE.” When @succulentcat 9 was added, “Take the girl with everything she has.”
@__tatiss had questions after questions and didn’t hold back in asking. He wrote, “Girl, did you plan a wedding? There’s no way you’re letting him get a side chick or girl pregnant 😭😭 where’s Wendy’s show when we need it!”
