Coldplay Kiss Cam Woman Fucks Gwyneth Paltrow, Ryan Reynolds

Kristin Cabot he called Gwyneth Paltrow and Ryan Reynolds funny during his time with The Astronomer Andy Byron at a Coldplay concert.
Cabot first hit the headlines in August 2025 when he was the head of HR at tech company Astronomer and was seen cozying up on camera kissing Byron, the CEO who he also recently split from. In a photo that went viral online, Byron had his arms wrapped around Cabot until they realized the cameras were on him, prompting him to hide and Cabot to turn to shield his face.
Days after the scandal, Paltrow, 53, who was married to the singer of Coldplay Chris Martinappeared in a mock ad as “interim spokesperson” for the Astronomer. The company’s efforts to ease the situation — and Paltrow’s involvement — didn’t sit well with Cabot.
“I was really disappointed by that,” Cabot shared in a taped interview on Tuesday, March 17. “I felt like Gwyneth, a person with her own company. [Goop] based on or built around women empowerment and women’s welfare … I don’t know why he feels the need to throw gas on the fire and get involved in all this. It just felt pretentious to me and unnecessary.”
Cabot was told that Paltrow relayed a message about how she had been informed that Cabot and Byron had “signed that sale.” The actor clarified that he “wouldn’t have done it” if he knew that Cabot was uncomfortable with the idea.
Although Cabot confirmed that Paltrow had clarified her involvement, there was a tense moment in the interview when Cabot did not answer why she did not respond to Paltrow’s email about the situation.
“[Coldplay also] It’s ruined because of me, I’ll be honest,” said Cabot.
Elsewhere in the interview, Cabot called out Reynolds, 49, for his separate ad for the scandal, adding, “He produced the ad, he created it and his wife just did something like this last year.” Cabot, who spoke about Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni’s ongoing legal battle over sexual harassment, called it “amazing” that Reynolds chose to participate in the commercial.
Us Weekly has reached out to Paltrow and Reynolds for comment.
Cabot previously broke his silence about how his life changed after the scandal. “I took responsibility and I quit my job for that. That’s the price I chose to pay,” she told the New York Times in December 2025. “I want my kids to know that you can make mistakes, and you can really screw up. But you don’t have to get death threats for them.”
Cabot, who resigned as Chief People Officer, recalled receiving numerous death threats in the months since the concert.
“They were in a really bad shape, that’s when the wheels fell off the cart,” he says of how his family was concerned about his safety. “Because my children are afraid that I will die and they will die.”
