Warner Bros’ and Apple’s F1 and Netflix KPop Demon Hunters became the big film winners at the 62nd annual CAS Awards on Saturday, taking home the Live Action and Animated Motion Picture awards. See the full list of winners below.
Joseph Kosinski’s racing drama starring Brad Pitt won Best Sound at the BAFTA Film Awards last week and is nominated for Best Sound at the Oscars next Sunday. It will cause the checkered flag and background groups Frankenstein, One Battle After Another, Sinners again The Sirāt.
Netflix’s most watched movie, KPop Demon Hunters, continues to ramp up during awards season, adding to its output that includes a 10-for-10 Annie Awards sweep last month.

On the TV front, the HBO drama Max Pitt and Apple TV Studio they also continued their award-winning ways, taking the CAS template for Television Series – One Hour and Half Hour, respectively. Emmy-laden for Netflix Youth later won the award for Non-Theatrical Motion Picture or Limited Series.
Non-fiction music titles also went home with hardware on Saturday. CAS showed a lot of love Being Led Zeppelin, which made its presence known by winning the Motion Picture Documentary category. And Cinema Audio Society voters love it Billy Joel: And Right as it happens, giving the HBO miniseries its trophy for Television Non-Fiction, Variety or Music – Series or Special.

Two special honors were presented during the ceremony hosted by comedian, actor and game show host Chris Hardwick. Frankenstein filmmaker and two-time Oscar winner Guillermo del Toro received the Cinema Audio Society Filmmaker Award, and Oscar winner. The Romans Re-recording compiler Skip Lievsay accepted the CAS Career Achievement Award.
