Kim Zolciak it is reported that she temporarily lost custody of the four children she shares with her ex-husband Kroy Biermann. TMZ reports that the former ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star must complete therapy sessions before she can see her children again.

Kim Zolciak Ordered to Complete Treatment Amid Custody Loss
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, a Georgia judge told Kim Zolciak that the children she shares with Kroy Biermann will live with her starting April 3 until she completes four sessions of parenting therapy. The order also states that Kim can reunite with his children starting April 13. In his filing, Kroy said Kim missed court-ordered medical appointments and spent two weeks out of the country. She said she saw their children one night – and that night, the dog bit one of their children.
Kim, however, spoke to TMZ and shut down those claims. He said that Kroy’s allegations are false and are just attempts to discredit him. The ‘Tardy For The Party’ singer said he spent time away from his children to film two TV shows to help provide for his family.
“I refuse to be bullied or tell lies that become a matter of who I am, I will not remain silent, the truth is on my side, and it will come out – no matter how much someone tries to bury it.” Kim said in a statement.
According to Page Six, the new ruling came days after Kroy requested privacy, citing Kim’s alleged “mishandling of basic parental responsibilities.” Kim and Kroy have four children together – Kroy Jr., 14, Kash Kade, 13, and 12-year-old twins, daughter Kaia Rose and son, Kane Ren. Kim also has two daughters from previous relationships, Brielle Biermann and Arielle Biermann, whom Kroy officially adopted in 2013.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann filed for divorce in May 2023 and officially listed their separation date as April 30. As The Shade Room previously reported, Kim wrote in her filing that their marriage was “irreparably broken with no hope of reconciliation.” They both asked for physical custody of their children, and Kroy also asked for legal custody. Two months later, in July 2023, the couple decided to repair their marriage instead of continuing with their separation. TMZ reports that Kim has asked the court to dismiss her divorce petition. Then in August, 2023, Kroy reapplied, on Page Six.
