After Emily “passed out while shopping,” she was taken to a local hospital and diagnosed with an ectopic pregnancy. (According to the Mayo Clinic, the condition occurs when an embryo grows inside a woman’s fallopian tube instead of her uterus. Since the embryo cannot survive outside the uterus, pregnancy occurs.)
“If I had gone [the fetus in] long term, my fallopian tube will be [have] it exploded,” he wrote on Instagram.” “It’s one of those things that you think will never happen to you. I was scared. Not only was I going to lose my baby but I was going to have my fallopian tube removed by the force of my uterus.”
A few hours later, Emily was taken into surgery. He remembers, “I don’t know who cried more, me or Cam, but he was very emotional, to say the least.” Emily was released the next day.

To celebrate their third anniversary, Cam surprised Emily with a trip to Paris.

A month after Cam called Emily his “world” for a happy birthday, he opened up about their future.

The couple started the new year by announcing that Emily is pregnant with their first child. Sharing the announcement with Instagram On New Year’s Day, Emily confirmed that she will arrive in June 2024.

Emily and Cam welcomed their first child, Reggie, and introduced their youngest child to the world.
