Blyth, 31, recently shared pictures of herself and Norman, 30, at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party, where his girlfriend rocked a blue dress. In the comments section, a social media user criticized Norman’s outfit, writing, “He looks so cute and handsome, but his girlfriend, on the other hand, looks incredibly vulgar, dressed in a way that is not appropriate for the occasion.”
This actor called this speech an insult. “Stfu. She was wearing a dress that she was happy with and she looked GREAT in it,” he replied.
Blyth chose to keep her love life out of the public eye. She and Norman first appeared on the red carpet in September 2025 after they started dating earlier that year.
Blyth rose to prominence after playing Coriolanus Snow in the The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes in 2023. He has since found success as the lead in Netflix’s rom-com People We Meet On Vacation.
“I think I was just ready to do something fun,” he said Us Weekly in January. “I’m ready to do something simple.”
Based on Emily Henrybook of the same name, People We Meet On Vacation follows friends Poppy (Emily Bader) and Alex (Blyth), who share their annual holidays. Their friendship is tested when Poppy, free-spirited, and Alex, stoic and quiet, begin to develop romantic feelings for each other.
Blyth said the film is what the world needs “right now.”

“I think we can take ourselves really seriously sometimes. And I’m guilty of that sometimes,” Blyth said Us. “And I think it’s really worth doing something fun once in a while and reminding yourself that what we do for a living is playful and fun and glamorous and we depend on that, and we depend on love.”
Bader, 29, had a similar thought about bringing rom-coms back to the mainstream of pop culture.
“This genre means a lot to a lot of people. I think we can ask something of every kind of film. And I think the rom-com genre can be complex and have real character development and make you feel a lot of things,” he explained to Us at the time. “I hope that when I look at the greats from whom we take great inspiration, that we can get close to the feeling I had when I was a child watching those people watching this film, I would be happy.”
