Paul Mescal again Gracie Abrams they started their romance in an epic summer of love – and they’re still going.
Among their busy plans for 2024 – worked on a blockbuster movie Gladiator II when Abrams opened Taylor Swift you have Seasons tour — the two find time to make a special connection.
Mescal and Abrams sparked romance rumors in June 2024 when they were spotted enjoying a meal in London. It wasn’t until the following July that Abrams seemed to confirm their relationship, posting a photo on Instagram with Mescal from the Glastonbury Festival in England.
In January 2026, Abrams said he “loved” Mescal while praising his role Hamnetdue out in late 2025. The following month, Abrams shared a series of PDA-filled photos with fans in honor of Mescal’s 30th birthday.

Let the romance rumors begin! TMZ obtained photos of both Mescal and Abrams enjoying a meal together at the BRAT restaurant in London. In another photo, the actress reached over during the meal and stroked Abram’s cheek.

Two months after they were first spotted, Mescal and Abrams were photographed together again in London. However, this time they were caught holding hands. According to the Daily Mail, the two enjoyed a shopping trip before attending the All Points East Music Festival. While enjoying Mitski’s set, the two were joined by Mescal Ordinary People the costar Daisy Edgar-Jones and her boyfriend, Ben Seed.

When it kicks in Our Secret tour, Abrams received some support from Mescal in the audience on October 5. According to Peoplethe actor appeared at Radio City Music Hall in New York City to see his rumored girlfriend’s set. And yes, he was seen dancing and singing along with his performance.
Less than a week later, Mescal expressed his hope that he can keep his personal life private. In interview no GQthe actor said “he has learned that there are certain lines in the sand now for me that will not enter for the benefit of my mind.”
“The speculation has been crazy for the last x years,” Mescal said of his relationship status. “I’m not comfortable inviting any intrusion into that part of my life. The way I live my private life is very valuable to me because I get very little out of it, and it may be of public interest, but it’s not mandatory information for the public.”
Swifties saw Mescal attending Swift’s Seasons trip on October 20 to watch Abrams’ opening set at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, Florida. It looks like he was watching the show in one of the private VIP sections on the floor of the stadium. Because there were no tent covers in the VIP rooms in Miami, fans have a better idea of who was there.

Abrams supported Mescal at the Los Angeles premiere of his film Gladiator IIaccording to pictures on social media. They were also seen hugging at the official evening event.

They make their own Saturday Night Live starts one week apart. Mescal hosted the December 7 episodewhile Abrams served as the musical guest one week later. After Abrams’ performance on December 14, they were spotted holding hands in New York City.
Days later, Abrams made some unusual comments about his personal life. “Abrams ends briefly when I ask how he found himself navigating personal relationships under this new public microscope,” Nylon‘s Lauren McCarthy he wrote in an interview published on December 17. “‘That has nothing to do with me,’ he said bluntly. ‘It doesn’t affect me.’

After Abrams’ stop at England’s Glastonbury Festival, he shared a summary of his highlights using Instagram.

In the photo, Mescal smoked a cigarette and opened his jean jacket so Abrams could see the pun on his shirt, a nod to his portrayal of the famous playwright in 2025. Hamnet.

“P❤️Clemmy❤️ My whole heart!!!!!!!!!” the singer posted a series of Instagram photos of moments with the birthday girl and the birthday boy. “I love February 2nd… Happy birthday❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️I love you both more than words can describe. Thank you for making everything better.”
In between photos, Abrams gave fans a glimpse of his PDA-filled romance with Mescal. In a flash, the couple attended a Boston Red Sox game together, and another photo showed them kissing in the photo booth.
Mescal was also seen kissing his girlfriend at one of his gigs in a third photo, while Abrams shared a sweet photo of the actor at a candlelight dinner in another.
