Dina Manzo Criticizes Bethenny Frankel For Shoes From Daughter

The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum Dina Manzo and his daughter, Lexi Ioannoutook aim at Bethenny Frankel after the The Real Housewives of New York City alum allegedly failed to properly pay for her latest outfit.

Frankel, 55, shared a photo of the sheer, polka dot sundress on her Instagram Stories on Friday, May 15, writing, “This dress is crazy and the price is ridiculous.”

After a fan told Frankel she liked her black pumps, the Bravo alum pointed Bloomingdales pair ($375) for “the same look.”

Manzo, 54, wished Frankel to tell social media users that his original shoes were sent to him by Ioanno’s fashion company, Nou.

“‘Wow Bethenny Wow!!’ Ironic that you posted a dupe of your GIFTED shoes @shopnou instead of giving credit to a young woman,” Manzo wrote on his Instagram Stories on Friday. “Do you always wear them so we know you like them??”

Manzo added a link to OG Now shoes if fans want “the real thing.”

Nou was founded by Manzo’s 30-year-old daughter, who also spoke softly.

“Bethenny Frankel is weird,” Ioannou said Instagram video that day. “I sent him shoes from Nou almost a year ago because I look up to him. [She is a] business woman [and from the] Bravo universe like me. “

According to Ioannou, Frankel allegedly “didn’t tag” Nou in his posts despite wearing mules many times in various public posts.

“Okay, that happens, but then he posted a video that went viral today and a bunch of people are asking where the shoes are. [from]. Instead of linking them, he linked the dupe to the company’s link,” said Ioannou. “I think he has to find that bag somehow? So, he got free shoes from a company founded by a woman, mine, and then he made money by sending his followers elsewhere.”

Manzo responded to the comments, sharing his support.

“I’m proud of you for being independent and for the brand you’ve worked so hard to build ❤️,” replied Manzo to his daughter.

Frankel later subtly talked about the show by sharing an “Outfit of the Day” video.

“FYI I always give credit where it’s due,” he wrote about his stories, alongside the video.

In her OOTD clipFrankel made Ioannou’s brand.
