Disneyland fans can now get married at the Haunted Mansion

Calling all ghost brides and grooms!
Disneyland fans have long dreamed of tying the knot at the famous Haunted Mansion, and soon they’ll be able to say “I do” at the park’s haunted attraction.
From July 2026, the Haunted Mansion courtyard will host morning events for up to 25 guests before the park opens, along with the grinning ghosts of the mansion.
“For the first time, Disney’s Fairytales and Winter Seasons Weddings is adding the Haunted Mansion Courtyard to its collection of more than a dozen wedding venues at the Disneyland Resort,” according to disneyparksblog.com.
“With its towering columns and attractive façade, this airy venue offers a stunning backdrop for couples looking for a destination wedding or vow renewal with a fun storytelling twist,” it added.
The Haunted Mansion wedding package includes an officiant, photography, light decorations, and transportation to and from the Disneyland Resort hotel, KTLA reports.
For those looking for a different backdrop to the mansion, couples can exchange vows at the luxurious Magnolia Park Terrace, just steps away, where they can be immersed in New Orleans Square at the same time.
There will also soon be an exciting option for those interested in a ghost-themed wedding venue when Disney Destiny, Disney Cruise Line’s newest ship, departs in May 2026.
Couples can exchange their vows in the Haunted Mansion Parlour, which will be filled with “surprising experiences and humorous design elements, including images that change to reveal the secrets of a ghostly sea captain and his seductive bride” on board.
Giving couples the opportunity to exchange vows on the steps of the famous mansion is one of the many places at the Disneyland resort that are offered as special wedding venues.
Others include the Fantasy Faire garden areas, where couples can say “I do” steps away from Sleeping Beauty’s Castle, the Sleeping Beauty Castle Forecourt with a statue of the castle presiding over their nuptials, and an area surrounded by mini-world characters.
The Haunted Mansion has been a fan favorite since it opened in the park in 1969 and is one of the park’s most popular attractions.
Beginning in 2001, the ghost-themed home was remodeled as part of the park’s holiday decorations with the introduction of an overlay inspired by “The Nightmare Before Christmas.” Every year, the Magic Kingdom brings the holiday spirit and ghosts to fans of all ages.
