Rory McIlroy’s menu for the Masters Champions dinner has been revealed

Bring your wishes, Masters champions.
The menu for Rory McIlroy’s first ever Masters Champions dinner was unveiled on Wednesday, almost a month before the Northern Irishman, 36, defends his title in the first major of the season at Augusta National.
The dinner, served in honor of the recent Masters champion, will feature an array of appetizers, including peach and ricotta flatbread, rock shrimp tempura, bacon-wrapped dates and grilled elk sliders.
Along with a choice of wagyu filet mignon or sea salmon, yellowfin tuna carpaccio will also be served, which happens to be McIlroy’s favorite and his biggest supporter.
“Me and my wife, Erica, our favorite restaurant, or one of our favorite things right now is in New York. It’s called Le Bernardin. Eric Ripert is the chef there, and this is a dish from that restaurant. Yellowfin tuna carpaccio. A small piece of French baguette with very little foie gras on top of that and they worked together to enjoy … the restaurant and he worked with the chefs, and he made sure that obviously they wanted to prepare it for the night, so that’s really good,” he said, according to the PGA Tour.
The meal will end with a sticky toffee pudding dessert.
McIlroy, the world’s No. 2 ranked golfer, made one of the most memorable Masters appearances last April when he defeated Justin Rose in one hole to become the sixth golfer to complete the sport’s Grand Slam.
Victory on the 18th also marked McIlroy’s first championship in 11 years.
“There were points in my career where I didn’t know if I was going to carry this beautiful mantle on my shoulders,” McIlroy said on his green jacket last April.” “I didn’t make it easy. I was nervous. It was one of the hardest days I’ve ever had on the golf course.”
McIlroy celebrated his Masters milestone with 5-year-old daughter Poppy and wife Erica Stoll – less than a year after the couple’s shock divorce backfired.
They have been married since 2017.
McIlrory’s menu was revealed days after his defense of the Players Championship in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla., failed after he finished tied for 46th at even-par.
The 2025 men’s champion withdrew from the Arnold Palmer Invitational last week due to a back injury.
American Cameron Young hit the PGA Tour for the second time on Sunday after shooting 13-under at the Players Championship.
The 2026 Masters runs from April 9-12.
