Read Lisa Rinna’s Biggest Bravo Bombs in Her New Book

Lisa Rinna he didn’t hold back when it came to Bravo in his new memoir, You better believe I’m going to talk about it.

To start the book, Rinna, 62, made it clear that she would not mince words when it comes to her stories – especially those related to. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

“Disclaimer: No word has been changed in this book because everything here is just my opinion, and I own the right to it … so f*** ’em!” Rinna wrote. “JK, some names have been changed to protect privacy.”

The memo begins with Rinna reminiscing about the first day she filmed the episode RHOBH. Rinna said the producers were “horrified” and called the show “boring,” because of it Brandi Glanville he is said to have done something. (Rinna was open RHOBH from 2013 to 2022.)

“We had to do a reality show and here they were filming her saying, Fake it ’til you make it,” Rinna wrote. “Seeing our surprise, Brandi explained, ‘Don’t worry, they can hang up.’

The preface featured Rinna saying she had received a $50,000 fine from Bravo for “opening my mouth and spewing thoughtless comments on Instagram.” This is one of the reasons why he decided to leave the game.

“Listen, I had a great time. It was only last year that made me happy,” he wrote. “Before that, there were a lot of laughs, a lot of good stories, and a lot of wonderful times with these ladies. It was a good time, until then.”

Recording After Mother’s Death

Rinna’s mother, Lois, died at the age of 93 in November 2021. Three days after her death, Rinna was “asked” to go to Mexico and do a movie. RHOBH season 12.

“Who am I kidding? It wasn’t a question,” he said in the letter. “Bravo should have said to me, ‘Lisa, don’t worry, I know I just started this show, but you’re taking as much time as you need.’ No, I was pressured to not only film my mother’s funeral in Oregon, but get my ass on that trip. So, I went to Mexico.”

Lisa wrote that it was “crazy” because she was “shocked” by her mother’s death. “I felt like no one was helping the show in any way,” the letter read, with Rinna noting that “technically” she could have waited.

“They couldn’t live without me,” she said. “They couldn’t have done this game without me. They had to have me, and they knew it.”

Reflections on the Aspen trip

I RHOBH Aspen’s journey from season 12 revealed suspicions that the property collapses from Kathy Hilton – which Rinna apparently noticed.

“I was going to call him out on it, and I did. That night in Aspen, he came back from the club and came to the house where we were staying and completely disappeared into the darkness,” Rinna said. “The lights weren’t on. He flew around, hitting the walls, screaming and yelling, and completely losing his temper, and it scared me. I’d never had someone behave like this in front of me in my whole life, and it scared me a lot. I talked about it, and I got hurt about it.”

Rinna said she “went down” on that and “took the fall” for the alleged behavior. Elsewhere in the book, Rinna noted that she and Hilton have since reconciled.

Rinna recalled finding out she was at Cohen’s 2023 memorial, The Daddy Diaries.

“When anyone tells you they’re in their book, you know they’re happy,” he wrote. He also included my personal messages. It was dark, so Andy, so Bravo, needless to say. After reading it, I got angry, threw his book into the fireplace and watched it burn happily.

I RHOBH season 13 premiered Rinna’s resignation email.

“It was very nice of them to send my private letter of resignation,” Rinna said in her letter. “But it’s a game they play, and they play it with everyone.”

How She Really Feels on ‘RHOBH’

The actress noted that she was “sad” on the show.

“To be honest, I was really uncomfortable during the 8 years I was on the show,” he wrote. “At the same time, I learned a lot and I wouldn’t trade it for the world. I made really good friends for the rest of my life. We are forever bound by trauma.”

RHOBH viewers know that Rinna and Kim Richards going to Amsterdam in season 5 is one of the most iconic moments in the show’s history – and so is she.

“The producers encouraged Kim to push my buttons,” Rinna said. “He knew that my marriage was not for me, so he entered as soon as he could.
