Nancy Guthrie’s kidnappers’ ransom note is reportedly being revealed

One of the reported demands for Nancy Guthrie’s safe return has been revealed.

“In the letter, the potential kidnappers demanded that the Guthries pay them $6 million by Monday,” Tucson ABC affiliate KGUN9 reported.
Nancy has been missing for a week as friends, family and law enforcement continue to try to find her. She was last seen late on January 31, after having dinner with her daughter Annie and her husband Tommaso Cioni. Tommaso told authorities he dropped the 84-year-old off at his home in the Catalina Foothills around 9:48 p.m. that night. He was said to have gone missing the next morning after not attending church. His disappearance is being investigated as a crime.
“We’re going to pull out all the stops and go through every angle. We really hope it’s a search and rescue operation and we’re going to find him safe and sound,” Pima County Sheriff. Chris Nanos said the statement to Us on Monday, February 2. “But it would be unfair if we didn’t look at what’s in front of us and say, ‘We have to do something.'”
On Saturday, February 7, Nancy’s children – Savannah, Camron and Annie – were seen speaking directly to the kidnappers and their alleged ransom in an emotional video shared on Instagram.

“We received your message and we understand each other, we are asking you now to return our mother to us so that we can be happy with her,” said Savannah at the time, holding her siblings’ hands. “This is the only way we will have peace. This is very important to us and we will pay.”
As Us Weekly previously reported, the President Donald Trump offered to have federal law enforcement “all over” the Guthrie family until Nancy was found. On Friday, February 6, while speaking to reporters on Air Force One, he said he believed “we may have some answers coming soon” in the mysterious case.
“I think we’re doing very well, which means we have indicators that I think are very strong,” he said at the time. “I’m not talking about a search, I’m talking about a solution, we have things that will probably come out soon. [the] The DOJ or the FBI or whoever – that would be for sure. “
In a special interview no Usretired FBI agent Scott Curtis revealed that Nancy’s shocking disappearance was related to a “personal grievance” with the Guthrie family.
“If this was about Savannah, I think there would be a direct or indirect message in these ransom notes about Savannah. And we don’t see that at all,” he explained. “Or Savannah said something, right? And we don’t see that either, based on what we’ve been told.”
