– Müge is a channel and sales leader with more than 20 years of experience, responsible for a diverse group of territories including Türkiye and Africa. He has built a reputation for helping partners navigate the unique challenges of each market, from product positioning to go-to-market strategy. Over the past year, he has worked closely with our partners as an operational consultant, providing the regional insight and strategic guidance needed to create channel plans that deliver long-term growth.

Fiona Hills, Director, Global Partner Program

– With over two decades of channel experience, Fiona leads key aspects of Mitel’s Global Partner Program. His expertise includes program development, management, and partner empowerment. In 2025, he played a key role in building a unified partner program, driving tool chain integration and introducing an advanced partner relationship management (PRM) experience that transformed the way partners engage with Mitel.

Ilona Masche, Marketing Director, DACH

– With 23 years in the IT industry, Ilona brings deep experience working with channel partners, VARs, distributors, program integrators, and consultants, while managing marketing campaigns from end-to-end to strategic planning to implementation. In 2025, he played a key role in the transformation of the channel after the acquisition of Mitel, taking the approach of integrating the environment of the two different partners and ensuring the continuity of the partners navigating this transition.

With 30 years in the communications industry, he aligns strategies, messages, and programs that enable partners to engage customers and accelerate go-to-market impact, supporting consistent storytelling and measurable growth across our partner community.

– Sara drives business excellence through cross-channel marketing programs that provide partners with the tools and programs to effectively engage consumers. Last year, he led an account-based marketing (ABM) program that expanded Mitel’s business pipeline to channel managers, supported by a series of partner events in key markets with target accounts.

Rhonda leads the growth strategy and sales force for US and Canadian SMB distribution and SMB partners. With deep experience in strategic planning and market development, he is known for building trust across the channel ecosystem and translating that into results. Over the past year, he has implemented targeted initiatives that align partner revenue trends with Mitel’s business priorities, leading to measurable results for the North American channel.

Ashley Williams, Director of Tourism –

Ashley is responsible for Mitel’s go-to-market strategy for hospitality solutions and directly supports twenty-two specialty partners. His relationships with leading hospitality companies create direct visibility of Mitel’s communication solutions at the property level, opening opportunities for channel partners to collaborate. Last year, this translated into limited growth in Mitel’s hospitality revenue.
