In an Instagram video shared by both Kennedy, 72, and the singer, 55, on Tuesday, February 15, the shirtless duo can be seen taking part in various aspects of “Rock Out Work Out,” including hitting the gym and exercising in a sauna, eating a home-cooked meal, recovering in the cold, playing spahole milk and drinking “spahole.”
The official video of the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) ends with the text of the campaign slogan: “Make America Healthy Again.”
Kennedy, who was photographed wearing dark blue jeans as she completed her portion of the workout — which included jumping in the pool and swimming — captioned the post, “I’ve teamed up with @KidRock to deliver two simple messages to the American people: Get involved and eat real food.”
The post drew a variety of reactions, including fan X who shared the clip, writing, “However you think this video is crazy, I urge you to watch the whole thing. It’s crazier than you thought. RFK Jr. jumps into a pool in jeans.”
