It’s party time!
Danny DeVito and John Stamos hosted a secret party ahead of the SXSW 2026 world premiere of their dark comedy, “Drag” — and Page Six was there to get the lowdown on everything that happened.
The invitation-only festivities went down on Friday at The Driskell, a luxury hotel located in historic Downtown Austin, Texas.
Guests were treated to an open bar — stocked with wine, beer and spirits — and plenty of light bites, including burger and chicken sliders, giant pretzels, french fries, garlic sticks and a large veggie tray with hummus.
DeVito was one of the first “Drag” stars to arrive at the bash. After chatting with fans and taking a few photos, “Matilda, the star, 81, headed to a bar to grab a glass of wine.
Shortly after, Stamos, 61, arrived at the event with his wife, Caitlin McHugh. The “Full House” alum and “Invisible Raptor” actor, 39, talked to their friends and fans, and Stamos took a few selfies.
He also went over to chat with DeVito, who spent most of the night comfortably sitting on the couch.
Danny, who produced “Drag” along with children Lucy and Jake DeVito, and Stamos also spoke with the film’s actress Lizzy Caplan.
Around 20:00, partygoers were surprised by the “ER” alum, joined by Fall Out Boy’s Patrick Stump and directors Raviv Ullman and Greg Yagolnitzer.
Stamos, who sang on both guitar and drums, and the men who played songs from the legendary Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band, whose music is featured on “Drag.”
After the party, the “Drag” cast and crew headed to the State Theater in Austin for the film’s world premiere.
“Drag” follows two sisters whose plan to rob a country house in upstate New York unravels when one backslides and gets stuck upstairs. The couple then engages in a painful and comical struggle to escape before the host returns.
