‘Southern Hospitality’ star Grace Lilly has been arrested on drug charges

“Southern Hospitality” star Grace Lilly was arrested Tuesday in South Carolina on drug charges, months after a previous arrest.
Lilly, 27, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, according to Charleston County Jail records.
He was held for a few hours on an initial bond of $10,575, then released on his own recognizance, meaning a judge allowed him to be released without paying the full amount of the bond based on a promise to appear in court.
Page Six reached out to representatives for Lilly but they did not immediately respond.
Lilly was arrested on Dec. 29, 2025, in Charleston, SC, when police found “ecstasy pills” in his car, which Page SIx only revealed at the time.
He was booked into the Charleston County Jail on Monday at 1:40 a.m. local time, and was released that afternoon.

According to that police report, the police had a warrant for Lilly’s arrest for second-degree assault. He was pulled over at a gas station that Sunday night after an illegal lane change.
After he was handcuffed, he allegedly asked for his wallet. According to the police report, “Inside the bag was a small container marked ‘Happy Pills’ on the top, containing 12 round white pills with the word ‘P’ on one side, and half a blue oblong pill with no visible writing.”
“When he was asked about the pills found inside the bag, the perpetrator said the green pill was Xanax and the white pills were contraceptives. The robber said he had a prescription for Xanax but we have no proof of that information at the time,” the report continued.
The police reported that Lilly also did not know the type of birth control pills
The report identified the incident as a “narcotics/narcotics violation.”
On Sunday night, a few hours before the arrest, the model shared a selfie on her Instagram Story, telling her fans that she was getting ready to see the movie “Marty Supreme.”
