Hilary Duff Addresses Ashley Tisdale’s ‘Toxic’ Team Claims

“I remember being left out of a small group, and I knew about them because Instagram made sure to feed me every Instagram photo and story,” Tisdale French, 40, wrote last month. “Then I started to feel strong outside the group, realizing in every way that they were excluding me. … I told myself that it was all in my head, and it was not a big deal.
