General Hospital’s Mom Johnny Wactor Gets Access to His iPhone (External)

The judge belatedly agreed General Hospital star Johnny Wactor’Mother to get access to her laptop and iPhone, almost two years after her murder, Us Weekly it can only report.

In June 2025, Scarlett filed court documents requesting access to Johnny’s desktop, laptop and iPhone. He said the instruments were locked and he needed to see the contents as executor of the late actor’s estate.
The filing said Scarlett needed to “determine whether her late son’s computer and phone contained any financial information or financial assets” to be included in her final distribution report.
In this request, Scarlett explained that she spoke to Apple about her difficulties, but the company told her that she needed a court order to access Johnny’s phone and computers.
“I need to get into it,” Scarlett said Us at that time. “I need access [them.”

Scarlett told Us that trying to deal with Apple had been a “frustrating” situation. She said the devices had “photos and videos” that she wanted to review as well.

As Us previously reported, Johnny was killed on May 25, 2024, at the age of 37.
Johnny was leaving his second job at a restaurant in Downtown Los Angeles. The actor and another colleague were going to his car when they found thieves trying to steal the car’s catalytic converter.
TMZ reported that a security guard tried to save Johnny by performing CPR. The actor was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.
Scarlett filed court documents to claim her late son’s estate in June 2024. Johnny had no children and the beneficiaries of his estate were his brothers, Lance and Grant.
In August 2024, three members of the Florencia 13 gang were arrested for their alleged role in Johnny’s murder. A fourth person was arrested on charges of making a living.
Robert Barceleau again Sergio Estrada they were charged with murder. Leonel Gutierrez He was charged with attempted robbery and robbery with a firearm. The fourth man, Frank OlanoHe was charged with possession of property and receiving stolen property and possession of a firearm while in commission of a crime.
Gutierrez pleaded guilty and was sentenced to four years in state prison, according to reports.
Olano pleaded no contest and his charges were reduced. He was sentenced to five years and eight months.
The remaining suspects pleaded not guilty and their cases are still ongoing.
