Erika Kirk Asks for Transparency in Charlie’s Alleged Killer’s Trial

Erika’s proposal comes weeks after Robinson, 22, appeared in court for the first time on charges of aggravated murder, discharging a firearm and battery in front of a child in addition to two counts of obstruction of justice and witness tampering. Robinson has yet to apply.

Robinson’s legal team, who is expected to appear in court on Tuesday, February 3, took the opposite decision by demanding stricter restrictions on the media in court. They argued a conflict of interest, saying the 18-year-old child of one of the prosecutors was attending an event at Utah Valley University when Charlie was shot and killed at age 31 on September 10, 2025.

Erika posted her montage days behind the media personality Candace Owens released alleged tapes of Erika speaking to Turning Point USA employees less than two weeks after her husband’s death.

Owens, 36, said the “common voice” is “demeaning.” He added, “Again, it hasn’t even been two weeks since we watched your husband get killed, talking about numbers and metrics being hit.” (Us Weekly has reached out to Erika and Turning Point USA for comment.)
