Eric Dane Appears in Euphoria Season 3 Trailer After Death

Eric Dane seen recently Euphoria trailer more than one month after the death of the beloved actor.

Dane’s family confirmed his death on February 19.

“It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Eric Dane on Thursday afternoon following a courageous battle with ALS,” a statement shared by Eric Dane. Soon after the news of the actor’s death appeared, the members of the show split up Euphoria The actors paid tribute to him through social media.

“She will love you forever ❤️,” Sydney Sweeneywho plays Cassie Howard in the drama series, captioned the post shared on her Instagram Story.

Nika Kingwho plays Leslie Bennett, also posted a touching tribute.

“I remember one of our last table reads for @euphoria-the level of commitment you brought to that room was undeniable,” King, 47, wrote at the time. “I’m trapped inside. That kind of art has challenged everyone to dig a little deeper. You don’t have to be in the scene to feel how seriously he took the responsibility of telling a story well.”

He continued, “There’s something special about being part of a group where even those you don’t directly create with create the energy of what you create together. That’s a result of the flexibility you have. I wish I could have had the opportunity to share the stage with you. But I’m glad we share the same world … an amazing ride. You will be missed by your family and everyone you love.”

Sam Levinsonwho created the drama series, also wrote in a statement, “I am saddened by the loss of our dear friend Eric. Working with him was a privilege. Being his friend was a gift. Eric’s family is in our prayers. May his memory be a blessing.”

Dane first opened up about his ALS diagnosis in an April 2025 interview with People.

“I am so grateful to have my loving family by my side as we look at this next chapter,” he said at the time. “I feel lucky that I was able to continue working and look forward to returning to Euphoria next week.
