Buy Matt Fitzpatrick’s Valspar Championship-winning Titleist driver

Matt Fitzpatrick’s perseverance paid off on Sunday, when he won his third Tour title at the Valspar Championship.
The 31-year-old Englishman had a disappointing 18 to finish runner-up at last week’s Players Championship, and trailed Valspar Championship third-round leader Sungjae Im by three shots heading into the final round.
But when Im faded with a final-round 74, Fitzpatrick kept the iron, firing a bogey-free round of three-under 68 to claim a one-shot victory over David Lipsky.

Fitzpatrick closed out his victory with a birdie on the 18th hole. With the pressure on, Fitzpatrick connected a 303-yard drive down the middle of the fairway, lined up a 116-yard drive, hit it to 14 feet — then holed the putt.
Fitzpatrick’s driver – Titleist’s GT3 – has become a real weapon for him in recent years.
“By improving his swing and relying on Titleist GT3’s high speed technology, he has climbed the distance charts, currently averaging over 300 yards off the tee,” wrote GOLF gear director Johnny Wunder. “Mitsubishi Orange’s counter-balanced shaft is the secret sauce here – it allows him to swing with aggressive purpose while maintaining the control needed to thread the needle into the Snake Pit.”
Titleist’s GT3 driver includes five possible weight positions (H2, H1, N, T1, T2) that move the CG closer to the line of inclination of the golfer’s strike position. The club is designed for players who want to have more control over their ball and shot position.
