Below Deck’s Captain Jason, Daisy Hints at Cast Shakeup After Possible Exit

Below Deck Down Under‘s Captain Jason Chambers again Daisy Kelliher you should consider moving the cast after a team member considers quitting at the beginning of the rental season.
In Us WeeklyIn an exclusive clip from the Monday, February 16, episode of the hit Bravo series, Jason checks in with Daisy about the sous chef Alesia Harris and the cook Ben Robinson. Daisy tells Jason how Alesia and Ben “made out” the night before.
“It was terrible last night. I’m not going to lie to you, it went from zero to 100,” added Daisy, to which Jason replied, “I want to see him stay. Obviously, I know him from last season but I also know him outside of the boating. I met his sister down in Sydney.”
Despite Jason’s hopes for the team, Daisy admits that she doesn’t think Alesia and Ben “could do a season together,” saying, “I was hoping they would. But I think this will go on. But I also think it will take away from their service. It will disrupt the guest’s food — which is very important.”
Daisy continues: “I don’t want to see Alesia go with her. She fits in well with the team and was apparently a stew before she became a chef. I don’t know what your plan is – but in the end – I’m glad she’s joining my team.”
Jason reveals that he has a stew. Besides, we have to change to get the galley again. I’m disappointed that Alesia just can’t hold her own for much longer.
Season 4 of Below Deck Down Under It got off to a rough start when Ben realized that Alesia’s experience was not what he expected. Alesia crumbled under the pressure and told Jason she wasn’t sure she could stay on the boat.

Alesia isn’t the only one who seems to have problems with Ben. In the official trailer for the season, Ben is seen at odds with Daisy several times.
“Maybe we’re both stubborn,” Daisy told Us Weekly exclusively last month. “[Our issues were] kind of all those things. It was the guest house, it was the way he managed his team and the way he ran his ship. There have been difficulties in communication – therefore timing and visualizing the service in the same way. In fact, there were many difficulties and challenges.”
Daisy still called Ben “a hard person to stay mad at,” adding, “But neither of us wanted to hate, and I think we both really wanted to give the best to the guests. Since that was our main goal, we could always go back to that and be like, ‘Okay, look, we love each other. We have the same goal. How can we make this happen?'”
He continued: “But I think towards the end of the season, I was frustrated. We have a few arguments, and there are arguments there. It’s difficult because I was trying to do a good job – like him. It was all a challenge to be honest.”
At that moment, Daisy remembered that she had to “pick” her battles with Ben.
“I let it go, even Jason says, ‘Let it go and choose your battles.’ There were many other things going on. It seemed like this was a small thing to argue with, but I think I just agreed and he didn’t want to stop it,” he concluded. “He’s taking the guest’s dress, but he’s doing it to annoy me and he’s making it his own. As you’ll see throughout the season, he wears it on the boat to say goodbye. So, of course, I can’t let it go. I think he was doing things to push my buttons throughout the season.”
Below Deck Down Under airs on Bravo Mondays at 8 pm ET. New episodes are broadcast the next day on Pigogo.
