Arizona Parents Arrested For Keeping Children Locked In A Room Covered With Feces

An Arizona mother and father have been arrested on child abuse charges after allegedly keeping their sons – aged just 4 and 6 – locked up “24 hours a day” in a sewage-stained room, resulting in the children’s developmental delays, according to police.

Police said Sara and Arthur, 41, and their sons were living in a “horrendous situation” which is of “great concern” to investigators.
