Andy Cohen Responds to Sarah Michelle Gellar’s RHOBH Criticism

During an interview with SiriusXM Page Six Radio earlier this month, Gellar, 48, was asked if she was “excited” about season 15 of the Bravo reality show, executive produced by Cohen. “No,” was his honest reply.
“I think it’s boring,” they said Ready or Not 2: Here I Come the actor elaborated, noting that he “loves the characters” despite finding the current season “slow.”
“It’s growing now,” he said.
Gellar’s comment apparently appeared on Cohen’s Instagram feed, and she wasn’t happy — though not out of spite Buffy the words of a star. Instead, he revealed that the interview took place on his Radio Andy channel at SiriusXM headquarters. (SiriusXM is home to both Page Six Radio and Cohen’s dedicated radio station.)

“I guess Page Six Radio spoke with Sarah Michelle Gellar. And it was in our studio, and then they send it and it’s like, ‘Sarah Michelle Gellar hates it The Housewives of Beverly Hills,’ with all these Andy radio signs all over the place,” Cohen said in his latest episode Andy Cohen Live radio show, with each video posted on social media. “And I go, ‘You know what? Don’t bring someone into my studio to trash my show.’ What about locking the door when I leave? How is that? Or maybe think twice about posting that on social media where it says ‘Andy’ everywhere after SMG.”
As for Gellar’s review of the RHOBH Season 15, he added, “You’re wrong, by the way.
While i Buffy icon has really taken the current season of RHOBH “It’s boring,” he praised some actors.

Gellar had a lot of mixed reactions to the new one Amanda Francesone of the participants described it as “polarizing” to the audience.
“I don’t think he’s polarizing. I don’t think anyone likes him,” Gellar replied bluntly. “I want to be clear, like, I’m sure you’re a very likable person. If you choose to go into this program, you have to be willing to open up and be honest. And I feel like, I don’t know … I feel like you missed the memo.”
One of the producers pointed out that Frances seemed to be anti-confrontational, which, as viewers know, is the basic type. Real Housewives franchise.
Gellar agreed, saying, “Like, did you ever watch the episode?”
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs Thursdays at 8 pm ET/PT on Bravo and the following day on Peacock.
